The first official trailer for ‘Daybreakers’

Lionsgate films has released the first trailer for the upcoming vampire film ‘Daybreakers’. The official synopsis for the film is ” In the year 2019, a plague has transformed most every human into vampires. Faced with a dwindling blood supply, the fractured dominant race plots their survival; meanwhile, a researcher works with a covert band of vamps on a way to save humankind”.

‘Daybreakers’ stars Ethan Hawke, Willem Dafoe, Isabel Lucas,Michael Dorman, Vince Colosimo and Sam Neil. This film is scheduled to hit theaters on January 10th, 2010.

The plot for ‘Daybreakers’ sounds generic, but this is one slick trailer. This film looks like an interesting and different take on the vampire/ dystopian future movie. (danhacker)

There needs to be a quality vampire movie other than what we’re having now.
